* 30% advance (non - refundable) shall be paid at the time of booking of the party and the balance 70% shall be paid, 7 days before function. Any additional expanses will have to be settled on the night of the function.
* All taxes levied by the Government form time to time shall be charged extra.
* Any damage or loss of the property of Hotel The Grand Vikrant be borne by the Host.
* Management will not be responsible for the loss of any guest belonging.
* Parking is entirely at owner’s risk.
* Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage at Hotel The Grand Vikrant is strictly prohibited
* Playing loud music at Hotel The Grand Vikrant, Shall not be allowed after 10.00 p.m.
* Hall shall be treated booked from 10.00 a.m. (function date) to 8.00 a.m. of next day.
* 5% service charges are applicable.
* A.C. will remain on for 5 hours only.
